Q1. What happened if I cannot find the items that i want?
Ans: You can submit your order manually to order@blackdotholdings.com and our customer service representative will inform you within 24 hours
Q2. How long do I need to receive my items?
Ans: We will ship out your items once we've received a confirmation from buyer regarding the payment. You should be able to receive your item within 3 days if you are residing in Singapore. For overseas shipment, it will take as long as 14 working days.
Q3. What happened if I haven't received my items as promised?
Ans: We will provide you with tracking number and if the item is really lost, we will refund you full payment without questions asked.
Q4. Is there any warranty period given?
Ans: There is no warranty period attached on the items except Electronic products. However, if the item is damaged during shipment or unusable, we will replace your item free of charge.
Q5. If my item is damaged or unusable upon receiving, what should I do?
Ans: You must inform us immediately accompanied with a photo and we will replace it FOC and deliver to you personally at your convenience.
Q6. Am i required to pay for any shipping charges?
Ans: For local shipment via SingPost normal mail, the shipping charges is FOC. However if you required registered mail, there will be charges applicable and is subject to your local country shipping charges.

Ans: Yes you can always welcome to collect your item personally and please contact us if you wish to have it collected yourself.
